How to register for SystmOnline

SystmOnline is a secure system that will directly interact with your clinical medical record.  You can begin using it immediately after registration. With it, you will be able to:

Our Online Services, available for patients aged 12 and over. The service is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.

Register at the surgery in person

All you need is a unique Username and Password.

To get these, simply call in to our reception, and our staff will be happy to provide them for you. You will need to provide the reception staff with (1) photographic proof of identification such as a Passport or Driving Licence; and (2) proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement.

Our receptionist will then provide you with your unique username and password.  Once you have these, simply log-on via our website or by clicking here.  You will be asked to change your password to something more memorable for you.

You can then register and use our service online, making future repeat prescriptions or appointments much easier and more convenient.  

Additionally you can then request for access to your online Detail Coded Record which will enable you to view your test results online.
