Communication is key and important to how we work.  We have regular team meetings for all our staff and an open door policy.

Our Primary Care Network (PCN)

We are part of the Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh (WEB) PCN which is a group of 5 East Devon GP practices with a long history of working together to deliver integrated primary care services across our combined population of over 51,000 patients.

Together, we have established a range of services and new roles to help support our practices and our patients with the introduction of practice based pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists, a frailty care home support team, a mental health & wellbeing team and young person’s mental health services.

To provide a flexible, efficient and empathetic service which will enhance the quality of life of individuals in our local community through the efficient use of all health care resources available.

Each staff member’s visions are important to us, and we feel that visions will develop and evolve over time, and new ones will appear as our dynamic organisations changes and new services are introduced and when new staff join us.
