Recovery from Covid-19
Healthcare professionals and researchers across the globe have learnt a lot about COVID-19 since its outbreak in December 2019.
Like many other illnesses, recovery from coronavirus will vary from person to person depending on personal and social circumstances. Things such as your general health, age and severity of symptoms following infection all play a role as to how COVID-19 may affect you in the long term.
For some people life has changed a lot and it is not just our physical health which has been impacted. It is important that we also recognise the effect COVID-19 has on our mind as well as our body.
NHS England have developed a new resource to support you with life after COVID-19, whether you have experienced the illness yourself, or have supported someone who has.
