Practice Staff

 

We have an experienced team of full-time and part-time staff helping with general administration who will always try their best to help you and will treat all information that you give in the strictest confidence.

They may need to ask you for further details when you telephone this is to ensure that we can ascertain your requirements as speedily as possible.

Medical information may be shared but only with other health care professionals who are involved in your care.

 

Practice Management

The Practice Managers are responsible for the general management and day-to-day running of the Practice and may be able to help with any administrative or non-medical matters. They are also available to discuss suggestions or receive complaints.

Reception and Administrative Team

Our Reception and Administrative Team are trained Care Navigators and are the first people in our Practice with whom you are likely to come into contact. They will listen to your needs and signpost you to the appropriate person, help you make appointments with doctors and nurses, and deal with the administration processes within the practice.
